As you know, Queen Elizabeth II left us on September 8th. For the past ten days, both authorities and citizens have been paying their respects at the Queen’s lying in state.
Today her coffin will make its final journey after the state funeral at Westminster Abbey.
After the service, the coffin will be taken to the state hearse and then to Windsor, where the Queen will be laid to rest with her late husband Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, who passed away last year.
There have been numerous tributes and condolence messages on social media and, in our special homage to the Queen, we have put together some of the most moving images and illustrations that will make us remember Elizabeth for what she was: a GREAT monarch. Thank you Ma’am, for everything.

Como sabéis, el 8 de septiembre nos dejó la Reina Isabel II de Inglaterra. En estos últimos días, tanto autoridades como ciudadanos de a pie le han rendido homenaje visitando si féretro en Westminster Abbey.
Hoy la Reina hará su último viaje después del funeral de estado y se dirigirá a Windsor, donde será enterrada junto a su esposo Philip, Duque de Edimburgo, que falleció el año pasado.
Han sido muy numerosas las muestras de cariño y mebsajes de pésame en redes sociales, y queremos rendir nuestro particular homenaje a la Reina con este recopilatorio de las ilustraciones e imágenes más conmovedoras que nos harán recordar a Isabel II por lo que fue: una GRAN monarca.
